In the following sections the bibles book of REVELATIONS 13 references different beasts to lesson confusion I have labelled each of them ( beast A), ( beast B). and ( beast C).

 

NIV Rev 13-1 The dragon^[a] stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast (beast A) coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name

 

The beast rising out of the sea ( beast A) with the seven heads and ten horns from Rev 13.1 is a coalition of seventeen nations.

     The Seven heads are the leaders of the G7 nations, and the ten horns are the kings of the still existing monarchies nations in Europe (most likely all 17 are NATO members)
