First death

  First resurrection is when one has had a first death and thus allows them to recall past lives. The first resurrection is of the actual identities of ones passed lives. These passed lives are considered to be the first resurrected
    People that have had a first death are fully aware and enlightened by the holy spirit as to what is happening currently in the world around them however they are forbidden disclose to any one what they know.

Fourth or fifth generation cursed

    God may curse the sole from fourth or fifth generation of a family do to the mortal sins of the one.
    Think about it if you die with some unpunished mortal sins on your sole that have not yet been reconciled you will eventually be reincarnated to your same family four or five generation in the future. The curse will follow you to your next life where karma is exercised that will give you an opportunity reconcile your passed mortal sins from your previous life or lives.

Locus had there first death

   Locus had there first death that is why they can read minds and because they are reincarnates they can recall their past identities these people were the first fruits of God are considered blameless by God do to there upbringing. Keep in mind not all mind reader perps are Locus and not all locus are redeemed.
   Abaddon is an angel that does Gods work he is  the same Angel called the destroyer in passover who killed the first born of the people that did not put lambs blood on the door lintel. He also leads the end times locus. Most gangstalkers are not locus
    I should point out locus are also victims in their own right as their cause of their first deaths was from poisonings from a nefarious evil regeam that had other motives which was to kill.
