 When we start mucking around in other dimensions via quantum mechanics we know nothing about and have no business being there we can unintentionally break something. Spirit beings exist in those dimensions we coexists with these beings (angels, spirits of the dead, the powers and principalities heaven itself) God will bring a stop to it. The same applies to biology and genetics DNA through quantum processes interacts and communicates directly with these other dimensions. Gang Stalking and targeted Individuals

 The gang stalker victims are victims of the Locus discussed in Revelation 9.1 to 9.5 They have the face of men. I believe the targeted victims once they find God and change their ways, they get sealed. Not everyone finds God they carry on believing it's the government NSA stalking them or whatever. We are in the end times. These locusts are people infected with Deamons from the abyss they have supernatural powers. Abaddon likely tried to recruit you with out your knowledge sometime in the past but you refused them.

20 [q]And the remnant of the men which were not killed by these plagues, repented not of the works of their hands that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and of silver, and of brass, and of stone, and of wood, which neither can see, neither hear, nor go.

21 Also they repented not of their murder, and of their sorcery, neither of their fornication, nor of their theft.
