Locus are victims and are usually considered by the middle and upper class as unsavory types such as street people, drug dealers, gang members, and in the middle east the insurance or rebels. Because they vex their targets using described gang stalking tactics they are considered gang stalkers however they should not be confused with an other group out there that are also considered gang stalkers as well.


The second group started out as atheists "Illuminati" of The New World Order and was executing there plan to purge what they deemed as vermin from the earth. Shortly after they started their plan they discovered the Locus at first they thought they were enemies that had developed similar electronic surveillance systems like mind reading. Bushes intelligent agencies discovered they were all over the world that's when the term terror cells was coined They mistakenly believed Bin Laden was instructing and coordinating these terror cells.


They captured some locus and held them prisoners at Guantanamo bay. These prisoners were isolated and even buried deep in the ground for weeks at a time as an attempt to block their communication yet they would still be able to report to there captors current events that they cold not possibly know. They could even describe what there captors had seen. They were shocked that these prisoners could remote view a target captor that was miles away and could describe what the target was looking at and what they were tasting and smelling and feeling not only could they hear the thoughts of a target they had access to all 5 senses of a target. This undetectable technology seemed impossible but they proved beyond a Shadow of a doubt that it must exist. They scanned their captors for hidden electronic implants and cold not find anything, They tortured them to find out who they were working for and to no avail they could not figure them out


About the same time the NATO forces started experiencing weapon and computer glitches when they engaged the Iraqis or the Afghanistan rebels. The weapon malfunctions were so targeted and so precise. This weapons jamming technology seemed impossible add this with the remote viewing technology they started to believe there were alien forces from outer space at work.

The Illuminati started out as the first group atheists depopulating the planet then were quickly recruited by the for angels in revelation 9-15 and became the horseman in 9-16.

Why would the human genome project be funded by the department of energy and not the department of health or a more relevant department? The perfect weapon to depopulate the planet would be a virus or poison that would target and kill groups of people based on ones ethnicity.

A strange phenomenon I noticed that started occurring to me around 07/07/07 and still does. What would occur is any time I found myself looking at a digital clock it would almost always 9 out of 10 times have 7 as the last digit. It would be for example 7:07 or 7:37 or 7:47 or 7:27. All things being equal the odds of me seeing 7 is 1 out of 10 times not 9 out of 10 times. I mentioned this strange happening to a friend of mind and low and behold it started happening to him to. I believe this strange phenomenon is to give me absolute fath as well as to demonstrate the work and power of the Holy Spirit. God is still very much in control..
