Imagine taking and genetically modifying a piglet to stop organ rejection. Then take a heart from an aborted baby or a cloned baby and then implanting it into the piglet. Then 10 or 16 years down the road you have a heart ready for harvesting which could then be transplanted it into a human. You could do this to other organs on the same piglet and supply many organs to the transplant market. I could see China doing this as soon as it was feasible.

I could see a wealthy person doing this taking a clone of themselves and planting many different organs into a piglet ready to have a supply different organs to be implanted later into themselves when needed.
